If you are not fully satisfied with our products, return the product or the empty container for a 100% refund within 90 days of purchase. Refunds do not include any shipping charges, if applicable. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your return is received, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then proceed with a prompt refund, typically the same day or the next day, depending on the time of day.

Some credit providers or banks may take 1-7 days to return your money once we approve a refund with our bank, and we are unable to adjust this with your bank or credit provider. 

Late or missing refunds

Recheck your bank or credit account if you haven’t received a refund.

Then contact your credit card or bank to see when the refund may post to your account.

Sale items

Will be refunded the same price paid. 


If the product is unused and unopened, we will exchange the product for replacement. 

Please email us at support@cosaintapothecary.com and send your item to 1266 Duanesburg Rd, Schenectady, NY 12306, with a copy of your receipt and return address. 


Anyone with the original or gift receipt may receive a refund within 120 days of purchase. Gift purchases have 30 additional days to receive a refund. If paid on Credit Card, it can only be refunded back to the same credit card as the original purchase. 

Store Credits

Any refund may be in the form of store credit for your convenience. Store credit expires in one (1) year. After one (1) year, the transaction is cleared from our accounting system and will not show up. If we prove you didn’t use your credit, we will happily approve your next purchase using your store credits. If you have a unique circumstance, email us at support@cosaintapothecary.com. 

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to 1266 Duanesburg Rd, Schenectady, NY 12306

You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will not include shipping costs. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
